About Remote Phone Support

Our founders know the firsthand experience of running a small business and the importance of client relationships and customer service. What started this idea was when one of the founders wanted a home repair estimate, but kept needing to leave voicemails. They realized the need for this company because business owners often in and out of the office, giving quotes, working, etc  and can’t always answer the phone. By using our service, you are keeping the line of communication open with customers. Offering night and weekend phone support expands your office hours to accept leads and have more communication with clients.

How does the service work?

What Remote Phone Support does is answers your calls so you don’t have to. Our team members have decades of administrative experience and send you a report for each phone call received. The report you receive is customized for your business and contains key questions to help you return the customers call. 

What types of calls can we answer?

Sales, customers,  vendors, employees, contractors, etc. Our process remains the same, we create a report with the pertinent information and send it to you within minutes of answering the call.

Who is this service for?

Business owners, contractors, freelancers, offices, entrepreneurs, insurance agents, special events, churches, non profits, charities, fine arts, teachers, clubs, chamber of commerce, or anyone who doesn’t want to answer their phone, etc. 

How is it invoiced?

Our service requires a monthly subscription fee ($200 or use a promo for 50% off) plus pay per call. For an estimated 20 calls per week, the price would be $433 per month plus the monthly subscription cost. Your price fluctuates with your volume of calls. 

Can your team do more than answer calls?

Yes we do have add ons available such as invoicing or scheduling for an additional cost. 

How do you receive the calls?

It is your responsibility to ensure calls are routed to our support team. You may do this through your phone carrier, a call routing system, etc. Our tech team will be happy to help you choose the best option for your business. We can also assign your business a direct line for an additional cost. 

Can my customers call you during the evening or on weekends?

We do have these available as add ons for an additional cost. Holidays are negotiable.
